Dan Reedy – Co-founder Kansas City Cash Flow Academy
Missouri Real Estate Exchange; MORE Homes, LLC; More Property Management, LLC

In September 2005, Dan and Nancy Reedy founded Missouri Real Estate Exchange which purchases, rehabs, and resells moneymaking properties to investors nationally -- with property returns of 20-40% or more. As a life-long resident of the greater Kansas City area, Dan knows the local real estate market inside and out. He credits this familiarity as the edge which enables him to find high-quality properties that other professionals may overlook. In less than 5 years, they have done over 400 real estate transactions, and Dan has been personally involved in over 100 rehab projects, which gives him a seasoned perspective on the ins and outs of the business.

The Reedys’ real estate brokerage, MORE Homes LLC, is licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and has grown from one agent, Nancy, with two decades experience – to now 10 agents. MORE Property Management LLC, which originally began as a way to help clients manage the properties purchased from Missouri Real Estate Exchange, has brought a surge in new clientele with their commitment to customer service, fair prices, and quality tenant selection. Currently MORE Property Management LLC employs 6 full time licensed property managers and leasing agents and uses state-of-the-art software which enhances landlord, tenant, and management’s interaction. Dan and Nancy are proud members of their community, and have been featured in numerous newspapers, radio shows, and television broadcasts. They have been the featured speakers at local and national investor clubs where they talk about their successful business model. With their focus on high quality properties and rehabs, they currently enjoy a 60-70% repeat and referral business. Dan shows his love for people and his gift for gab with his own radio show, “Real Estate Investing for the Regular Guy.” The Reedys are active in their local community and their church. Dan is an active PTA member at Hawthorne Hill Elementary, and is a board member of the Ruskin Heights Home Owner Association.
